Who she is as a teacher

As a Point Park graduate and lover of the arts, Kara's biggest goal is to give back to her community and inspire the next generation of artists to be their true, authentic selves. As a teacher, she has found a voice that has allowed her to pour her heart into teaching the next generation. 

As a dance teacher, she offers her heart to every student she has the privilege of teaching. She prides herself on giving every student the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe, fulfilling, and exciting environment. Kara's number one goal is that her students have fun and allow themselves to be present and grow as not only students, but human beings. 

At the age of 15, Kara began assisting one of her teachers at the studio she grew up in. With her teachers guidance, she found her love for teaching and has been passionate about it ever since. Today she is located near New York City and is very passionate about teaching dancers the importance of following their dreams.
